The musings of the Bellhop as he takes care of this Hotel and its guests…
Room 613
There are days when it is tough to find things to write. Life can drain the brain cells to the point where I can barely remember how to speak. Putting words in a relatively unique pattern on “paper” is a little harder. I won’t get into the details, but I had to take a pause in writing for about a month, and I am slowly getting back into it.
I just wanted to let you all know that the serial that you all love is still continuing. Some opf the episodes have been longer because that story is bigger. But the length will usually stay in a similar range.
My other story, who’s working title is still The Tourist, is plugging along. That one can take more effort and time, as I have storyline constraints to keep within. I would love to tell you that it is nearly half finished, but I am afraid that a few other chapters will pop up and surprise me. My hope is that i am about halfway through. Then I can find an editor who will make me cry when they tell me all the crap I need to cut out. lol
Nut that is life. The story is always more important in you head.
Room 513
Some time life gives you lemons. Other times, it makes lemonade and drinks it in front of you. My apologies for the delay in posting. I had some planned events cause some unplanned work. I am hoping to get a story out in the next day.
Room 413
Though there are few excerpts I can post for now, much of it is still needing some proofreading. I am working on a section that shows the result of what happens when Charlotte takes a little too much memory from a person. This time, they don have any memories of what they used to do for work for their entire life. Imagine, you wake up and go to work. Nothing special happens. You do your job, have lunch, and continue working. Later, near the end of the day, you are saying good bye to a few people and head to your car. You felt a little tired, but nothing serious, and drive home. When you get home, you open the door to strangers who come up to you smiling. You lived alone, or did you? They look a little familiar, but you don’t know why. You definitely now they are not your kids. You were never married, and never got a girl pregnant. Everything you knew about your spouse was gone. Everything that was a memory tied to that has no connection now.
But the person who walked away with those memories now remembers being in love with the woman, the joy of the marriage, but also the excruciating pain of losing her too early. Yet, she never had a wife, and she doesn’t have kids. She remembers it, even though it never happened to her.
I hope you stick around to see how it comes out. While you wait, I will continue to put out other light reading for you during your stay. A new serial mystery, plus the ever-present ramblings my thoughts drag up.

Every good Bellhop is occasionally forced to enter the 22nd century. Well, 21st century, as I am starting with a Facebook page for this site. It will be another way for you to follow your favorite Bellhop throughout his days
Room 213
As I go on this journey, I invite you to follow along. Want to know when the next post drops? How about a picture of what I am having for dinner? Well, you are out of luck on the second, unless it is so diabolical, that it belongs here.
Honestly though, go to the button at the top of the page, and join. You never know what might happen…
ROOM 113:
There are tons of people to thank for getting me to get off my ass to get this project underway. Many of you, I don’t know your specific name, but still, Helder, Angy, Kheldar, Evan, and so many more, you all have been the cheering section for me to do more than write weird poems. No pressure, but if I fail, I will still blame you. To Haroon, who was invaluable in getting this page off the ground, thanks bud. Finally, to my Elisa, you have always been by biggest cheerleader. For that, and keeping me from giving up, I will always be grateful. And now, back to our show…
